Creative and Experienced Leader
Transforming Businesses in Central PA
Erika Juran has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management with most of this work in the arts sector. She has served as a leader at an art museum, a regional arts council, regional performing arts center, and a state fine craft guild. She has been a servant leader of the arts in 11 counties across Pennsylvania through her various roles. Her leadership is focused on program creation, earned-income sales driving, events, marketing, board development, grant writing, outreach, and fundraising.
She also leads and facilitates meetings and workshops, helping leadership groups to uncover their brand, shared values, mission, and vision. She helps groups quickly get to consensus, and helps turn these statements into a strategic action plan. She uses creative means that involve play in these group projects, to make it fun and get results faster. Her strategic toolbox also includes conflict transformation facilitation and organizational audits for undoing racism.
She is a member of the Passport Rotary Club #7390, a new club and concept that enables business and community leaders to network more fully across the Central PA area.
Erika is a consummate professional with a passion for connecting the arts with people where they live. She is very knowledgeable in her field, but is always looking for ways to grown and learn more.
