About erika:

Erika Juran has 20 + years of experience in Pennsylvania nonprofit management with most of this work in the arts sector. She has served as a leader at an art museum, a regional arts council,  regional performing arts center, and our state's fine craft guild. She has been a servant leader of the arts in 11 counties across Pennsylvania through her various roles.
Her leadership is focused on program creation, driving earned-income, marketing, organizational development, board development, grant writing, outreach, staff team development and fundraising.

She leads and facilitates meetings and workshops, helping leadership groups to rediscover their brand, shared values, mission, and vision. She helps groups quickly get to consensus and to turn these statements into a strategic plan. She uses creative means that involve play to make this process fun and fast. Her strategic toolbox includes conflict transformation facilitation and organizational audits for anti-racism.

She is a founding member of PA's Passport Rotary Club #7390, a new club and concept that enables business and community leaders to network more fully without the boundaries of distance.
Erika is a consummate professional with a passion for connecting the arts with people where they live. She is very knowledgeable in her field, but is always looking for ways to grown and learn more.
As Executive Director, she led the staff with warmth and energy, looked for creative solutions to challenges that arose, and pitched in wherever a bit of extra was needed.
Managing a multi-faceted organization is no easy feat, but Erika handled it with ease. Her strategic planning helped our organization grow in many ways, and her plans will guide us into a bright and strong future."
-Robin Wheeler, Secretary, PCCA Board of Directors
